Brick is almost complete. We have some minor cleanup and punch list work.
Plumbing, electrical, HVAC and framing punch list/changes are almost complete from our walk through with the Architects.
Trim carpenters are working on completing the trim and siding at the dormers.
We received approval for the final paint colors from the ARB and exterior painting will commence next week.
Framing and rough in inspections are scheduled for next week.
Cabinets and cabinet paint colors have been approved and production will commence next week.
Interior doors will be finalized and ordered next week.
Exterior trim is still in progress and changes will be made from our site visit with the Architects.
Electrical rough in is ongoing.

Cedar Shake roof has been installed. Completion when cupola is installed.
Cupola has been ordered and delivery is anticipated week after next.
Windows and doors will be here first of next week.
Windows, doors and siding install to begin next week.
Garden fencing has begun.
We are working with Georgia Power to bring permanent power. It is in design with their engineering department.
