Slate roof is almost complete. The heat has slowed crews down a bit. Caps were installed today. Copper for flat roof and step flashing will go on early next week.

Brick is almost complete. We have some minor cleanup and punch list work.

We received our framing and MEP inspection today.

Insulation is scheduled to begin Monday now that the roof is done.

Meeting with drywall installer Monday to make preparations for install.

Trim and siding at the dormers is complete.

Interior doors have been finalized and will be ordered Monday.

Exterior trim is in progress and will be complete early next week.Brick work to start after exterior trim is complete.

Electrical rough in is ongoing.

Plumbing rough in is ongoing.

HVAC rough in is ongoing.

Slate Roof installation to begin after roof penetrations are installed.

A/V rough in will commence next week.

Framing punch list is ongoing and changes are being made from our site visit with the Architects. Collar ties are installed in living room and upstairs closet is complete.

Cupola will be installed next week.Doors were delivered today after a shipping delay. They will be installed next week along with the windows.

Custom copper pans for windows and doors have been ordered and will be delivered Monday.

Siding will be installed next week.

Gable vents will be delivered on Monday.

Garden fencing is ongoing.
