We will be prepping to pour the tabby concrete at the front and back doors as well at the porch and setting stone thresholds.
We are working with Georgia Power to run permanent underground power to the house.
HVAC has set the units and are awaiting permanent power to start the units up.
We have installed temporary dehumidifiers and portable HVAC to condition the space so hardwood floor can be stocked early next week.
Interior trim will begin next week.
Once we have power and HVAC units turned on we will be installing hardwood flooring.
Cabinets are scheduled the week of August 19th.

We will be painting the mock up wall next week for ARB approvals for 96 Riceland Way. Once approved, painting of the structure will begin.
The cupola and doors have been repainted to match the building.
