The final hardwood floor coating is going on today at 96 Riceland Way. The range and vent hood were installed this week. We completed our plumbing and electrical punch list as well. The final piece of crown molding for the kitchen will be delivered and installed on Monday. Paint touchups will be completed next week and we will be calling for our final inspection and final clean. Outlined below is this week’s progress and next week’s work schedule:
